Loyalty

Written on May 13, 2015

Loyalty (noun): “the quality of being loyal to someone or something”

Loyal (adjective): “giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution”

Looking at both of these definitions, I can’t really think of anything I’m really loyal to. Of the people I know, the only things I could possibly imagine them being loyal to is their family and their religion. As I’m not really a fan of my family nor am I religious, these two don’t really apply to me.

Hm… maybe I can be loyal to myself. Does that work? But then again, I’m not always supportive of myself… this is so weird because I’ve never been raised with the thought of being loyal… I’m just a free spirit. So… sorry if this topic is kind of short/lame. I tried but I can’t come up with anything deep or meaningful this time… Until next topic, goodbye!
